The Cover is Like Curb Appeal, but No One Can See It Yet

This part of the pattern is important, but we forget that no one sees it until they have purchased. Hmmmm

We call the text on the front (not text in the orange bubble) the “romance” text, but the customer doesn’t actually see it in this format until they purchase, so does the cover even matter.

Perhaps we should be handling this whole thing a little differently than we did when patterns were hard copy?

It kind of makes me crazy that we hold onto things that no longer serve us because they are what we used to do or what we are used to.

What would you like to have available to you prior to purchase?
